Menthome Story

Sometimes, one conversation changes everything. And sometimes, it defines your life’s purpose.

Hi, I’m Azam Ghani, co-founder of Menthome.

In 2018, while studying law in California, I had no idea that my path would shift so dramatically. In 2019, just before my graduation, my father passed away. In our last conversation, he told me: “Take the handicraft business forward in America. You can become a source of livelihood for hundreds of people.”

Those words became my guiding light.

In California, I shared this vision with my friend Fahad—who is now Menthome’s co-founder. Together, we asked ourselves: “Why not bring Indian artisans to a global platform?” That’s where Menthome was born.

We launched the brand in California, and the overwhelming support from people in the US gave us the confidence to dream bigger. We promised ourselves—and the artisan community—that Menthome would not just be a business, but a movement: to take Indian craftsmanship to every corner of the world.

To make that vision real, we built a 100,000 sq. ft. factory where artisans could work in a professional, empowering environment. Every product they create carries not just skill and design, but also a story—of heritage, hope, and human connection.

Menthome is more than furniture. It is a tribute. Every product, every artisan, every story is connected to that final conversation with my father—a legacy we honor every day.
