General Policy

At Menthome, every product is handcrafted with care. Due to the bespoke and made-to-order nature of our items, we operate under a no return and refund policy.


Exception: Damaged Product on Arrival

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition; and
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo and/or video evidence sent to care@menthome.com

Requests received after 48 hours from delivery will not be considered.


Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
  • Include all original tags, labels, barcodes, manuals, and accessories

Return Options

If your return request is approved, you may choose from the following options:

Option 1: Self-Ship

  • Share the courier receipt with us via email for reimbursement, if applicable.
  • Prior email intimation is required at care@menthome.com

Option 2: Menthome Pickup

  • A return shipping label will be emailed to you.
  • Print and affix it securely to the return package.
  • Our logistics partner will arrange a pickup.

Note: Return services and exchanges are applicable only to home décor products. Furniture and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable.


Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Product damaged during transit

All exchange requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery by emailing care@menthome.com. Items must be unused and in original condition and packaging.


Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement by emailing care@menthome.com
  • Orders placed during sales, promotions, or discount days are non-cancellable
  • Made-to-order and furniture orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only upon receipt and inspection of the returned item at our warehouse
  • Our quality control team will review the item within 2–3 business days
  • Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 7–8 business days
  • Shipping and/or processing charges may be deducted, based on the case

Transit Damage & Breakages

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Email clear photos or videos of the item and packaging to care@menthome.com
  • Retain all original packaging including foam/cushioning for return transit

Return Process

  1. Email your request to care@menthome.com within the applicable time
  2. We’ll respond with next steps within 2–3 business days
  3. If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged within 2–3 business days
  4. Item will reach our warehouse in 7–10 days
  5. Exchange or refund (if applicable) will be initiated within 2–3 business days after quality inspection

Important Return Conditions

  • All returns must include original packaging, tags, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, and shipping labels
  • Items must be in original, unused condition
  • Menthome reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions
