Shipping Guidelines

Every piece at Menthome is handcrafted by skilled artisans, using traditional techniques and natural materials. As a result, minor variations and occasional delays in production or delivery may occur. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we bring you one-of-a-kind designs.


Domestic & International Shipping

  • We ship across the United States and internationally through reliable logistics partners.

  • Shipping costs vary depending on the product size, weight, destination, and service type.

  • For international orders, please email care@menthome.com with product details, destination address, and ZIP/postal code for a custom shipping quote.

  • Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.

  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.


Delivery Timelines

  • In-stock products: Dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

  • Furniture & made-to-order items: Typically require 2–4 weeks for production and delivery.

  • In case of delays, we will notify you. You may also contact us for updates at any time.


Delivery Terms

  • For ground floor addresses, delivery is made to the doorstep.

  • For apartment buildings or multi-storey locations, delivery is made to the lobby or reception area.

  • Movement, unpacking, or setup inside the premises is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Many furniture items are shipped in wooden crates to ensure safety during transit. Crates may be bulky and require tools for unboxing.

  • Customers are responsible for unboxing and disposal of packaging material.

  • Any damage must be reported immediately at the time of delivery, noted on the Proof of Delivery (POD), and supported with photos emailed to care@menthome.com.


Payment Terms

  • 100% advance payment is required for all orders.

  • We accept secure online payments via credit card, debit card, and other major payment methods.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for furniture or custom items. COD may be offered on select smaller products only.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by emailing care@menthome.com.

  • Cancellations after this window are not permitted. Full payment will be considered forfeited.

  • No refunds will be processed for late cancellations.


Delivery, Unboxing & Access Considerations

  • Delivery will be coordinated via phone or SMS.

  • Rescheduling deliveries may result in delays and/or additional charges.

  • Delivery agents do not carry furniture upstairs, unbox, or assemble items.

  • Please ensure your items can pass through elevators, staircases, and doorways before ordering.

  • Refused deliveries due to access limitations will be at the customer's expense.

  • Re-delivery, if needed, will incur additional charges.

  • Please provide accurate shipping and contact information and inform us of any planned unavailability.


Open Delivery & Inspection

  • If packaging is visibly damaged, note this clearly on the POD before accepting the item.

  • We strongly recommend inspecting the product upon delivery.

  • Delivery agents are not authorized to open, unbox, or assemble any product. Please refrain from requesting this service.


Holding Charges / Delayed Dispatch

If you request to delay dispatch after your order is ready:

  • 1 week of warehouse holding is offered free of charge.

  • After 1 week, a Holding Fee of 5% per month (pro-rated for fewer days) of the total order value will apply.

  • Applicable sales tax will be added as per California regulations.

  • Holding charges must be cleared before dispatch. This applies to full or partial orders.


Warranty Policy

  • Menthome furniture and decor come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

  • It does not cover damages due to misuse, water exposure, accidents, wear and tear, negligence, theft, or natural disasters.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and supporting photographs.
